About Me

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I completed my undergraduate degree in Dietetics from Texas Tech University followed by my Master's Degree in Food Science & Technology from Texas A&M University. I have over 20+ years experience in both clinical and private,

During 2021, I got incredibly sick. That illness led to 3 years of neurological issues, seizures, migraines, food intolerances, hormonal imbalances, histamine intolerance, hypothyroidism, mineral deficiencies, and more. I began looking for help through conventional medicine. I was told by a neurologist that when I was done “trying to figure things out”…he would just put me on medication. I needed to figure out the root cause of my illness. I wanted to heal, not just mask the symptoms. From that moment on, I dedicated my time to researching root cause healing, gut health, toxicity, nutritional deficiencies and protocols that utilized my nutrition knowledge.  I started healing slowly, but each step of the healing journey has been so insightful and purposeful in my life. I have no doubts that God has allowed my own healing journey as the learning experience I've needed. I am passionate about helping others find encouragement and healing through the power of nutrition and root cause therapy.

In the early years of my career, it was only about teaching people how to eat healthy. While this is important, so much has changed in 20+ years. There isn’t a one size fits all to nutrition or your health. Digging into your lifestyle, labs, and over health goals, so I can personalize it to you. This is how changes are made and healing is achieved. Nutrition is very bio-individual, and each person should be working to nourish themselves in whatever way that is best for them.
